My Story
I never imagined I'd be leading a computing department when I started in agriculture.
That unexpected journey taught me the most valuable lesson I share with my mentees: success in tech isn't about where you start – it's about having the right guidance and support along the way.
Today, I lead a CS department of 15 faculty members, but more importantly, I've had the privilege of mentoring hundreds of women on their tech journeys – from college students taking their first coding class to professionals making career transitions.
