Refund policy

PECB courses on this site are sold by Kudzai Consulting Group, which issues any refund for them.

Digital courses

Every course is a digital product: PECB eLearning and self-study material that you open in your myPECB account. Once you have bought a course and accessed it, it cannot be refunded.

Before you access your course

If you change your mind before you have accessed the course, email us and Kudzai Consulting Group will refund the full price.

After you access your course

Once you have accessed the course, for example by opening the eLearning or the course material in myPECB, there is no refund, including for a change of mind.

If something goes wrong

• If you cannot be registered for the course you paid for, Kudzai Consulting Group refunds the full price.
• If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, Kudzai Consulting Group refunds the difference.

Exam results

PECB marks the exam and decides who receives a credential. Not passing the exam is not a reason for a refund. If you don’t pass, PECB gives you one free retake within 12 months, as each course page explains.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you paid with, and say which course you bought.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Kudzai Consulting Group sends them through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show a refund.

If you think a payment is wrong, contact us first. It can usually be sorted out faster than a dispute through your bank.
