These terms apply when you buy a PECB course from kudzaiedugroup.com. By paying, you agree to them. Please also read the refund policy and our privacy policy.
Tech Academy programs, such as portfolio programs, studios and Get Hired in GRC, are covered by our Terms of Service.
Who sells the courses
kudzaiedugroup.com is run by Kudzai Consulting Group, a company based in the United States. The Tech Academy is its education program. Kudzai Consulting Group is the seller and merchant of record for the PECB courses on this site. It takes your payment through Stripe and registers you with PECB through its PECB partner account.

PECB courses
These are digital certification courses from PECB. Each course includes PECB eLearning and self-study material, which you open in your myPECB account. PECB provides the course materials, the exam and any credential you earn, and is a separate organization from Kudzai Consulting Group.
Each course page lists what its price includes, including PECB’s free exam retake and the 12 months PECB allows for the exam and certification. Kudzai Consulting Group also gives you a study plan and live office hours every two weeks for 90 days. PECB’s own terms and policies also apply to the course, the exam and any credential.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are charged in full when you order. You pay by card on a checkout page run by Stripe for Kudzai Consulting Group. Its name appears on the checkout page and on your receipt, and your card statement shows KUDZAI EDU GROUP.
Your bank may add fees for payments in US dollars or to a business abroad. Those fees are between you and your bank.
Your order
- Give your full name exactly as it should appear on your certificate, and an email address you check. Kudzai Consulting Group uses these details to register you with PECB.
- After you pay, Kudzai Consulting Group registers you with PECB. PECB then emails you to create your account and start the course.
- If a detail is wrong, email [email protected] as soon as possible. It may not be possible to change it once PECB has registered you.
Exams and credentials
To earn a PECB credential, you must pass the exam and meet PECB’s requirements, such as signing the PECB Code of Ethics. For lead courses, PECB sets the credential level from your experience. PECB decides who receives a credential, so Kudzai Consulting Group cannot promise that you will pass or receive one.
Refunds
PECB courses are digital products. Once you have bought a course and accessed it, it cannot be refunded. The refund policy explains the details.
Responsibility for your order
If something goes wrong with your order because of a mistake by Kudzai Consulting Group, we will put it right or refund you. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The version on this page when you paid applies to your order.
