These Terms of Service apply to kudzaiedugroup.com and digital training programs offered by Kudzai Consulting Group and its education program, The Tech Academy. By using the site or buying a program, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Organizational advisory work is governed by its own signed agreement.

Programs and access

Each program page and checkout describes its content, price, payment options, access period, and any free preview. Program materials are for your personal learning and professional portfolio work. Do not resell, share, publish, or distribute course videos, recordings, templates, case files, or downloads without written permission. Keep your account credentials private.

Programs use realistic cases and may require you to create and defend your own work. Certificates of Achievement, where offered, are issued only after the stated completion requirements are met. A program or certificate does not guarantee a job, client engagement, certification, or business outcome.

Payment and refunds

Prices and payment terms appear on the applicable checkout page. This is a digital product with immediate access. All sales are final. Try the free step before you buy, where a free step is offered. If a checkout states a program-specific term, that checkout term applies to that purchase. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions.

Changes and availability

We may update lessons and resources to keep programs useful. Material changes to a purchased program will not remove the core work described at purchase. Access is provided for the period stated on your checkout page. We may restrict access if an account is used to distribute materials or disrupt the service.
